STARMINSTUDIO REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY
At STARMINSTUDIO, we want you to have peace of mind when shopping with us. We know ordering online can feel uncertain, and we’re here to help from start to finish. We hope you love your piece as much as we do, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
STARMINSTUDIO REFUND / EXCHANGE GUARANTEE:
If you need to return or exchange an item, please email us at support@starminstudio.com for more details on how to proceed.

You have 30 days after the shipment date to request an exchange or return.

For damaged or incorrect items, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and carefully packaged for the return to be accepted.
StarminStudio can refund a product if it is returned in unused and perfect condition.
Exchanges are possible for another size or product. Once your return is received, we will issue you a credit for the value of the item, which you can use to reorder.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll fix it right away.

Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Send us clear photos showing the issue.

Once confirmed, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Please note: slight color variations between screen and print do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for refund.
RETURN / REFUND OF SHIPPING COSTS:

Refunds cover the item cost only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
STARMINSTUDIO is not responsible for packages lost or returned due to:
a) Incorrect or incomplete address
b) Recipient unknown
c) Refused package
d) Failure to pick up in time
e) No safe delivery location
f) Customs refusal or clearance failure
CUSTOM ITEMS:
Any personalized items added to your order are final sale and non-refundable.
