Hi! I’m Starmin, a 26-year-old artist and follower of Christ from Canada!

Starmin isn’t actually my real name, it’s the artist name I chose to share my work and hopefully shine a little more of His light into the world. ✝️

There’s also a story behind the name! “Min” means “people” in Japanese, so Starmin can be interpreted as “people of the stars.” The funny thing is that the name actually came to me in my sleep haha! When I later discovered the meaning, I thought it was so beautiful and special so I decided to share it with you all!

I gave my life to Jesus in 2024, and since then, my faith has slowly become the heart behind what I create! My goal with Starmin Studio is to create Christian art that brings peace and hope into your home, reminds you of His presence, and hopefully even plants little seeds of faith in the hearts of the people who visit you!

My creative process is a little different for every artwork! Ideas can come while I’m praying, reading my Bible, spending time in nature, through conversations with this amazing community, or sometimes even through a dream! From there, I use different creative tools and techniques to bring the idea to life! You can learn more about my full creative process in the FAQ. 🤍

When I’m not creating, I’m usually reading, spending way too much time outside haha, taking photos of nature and animals, or thinking about my next adventure!
